FADA trains young journalists and promotes collaboration to build a community for the next generation of media makers.

We dig into the climate crisis, border policies, food systems, social movements and the lack of accountability by State and private actors. We focus on human and personal stories, as a key to making complex stories accessible to a broader audience. We partner with international media and independent newsrooms to publish our stories.

FADA provides the next generation of Italian media makers with the tools to create stories that have an impact. We train young journalists in Italy and across borders and promote collaboration and innovation.

Are you an association or a university interested in hosting a journalistic training or a workshop?

COMMUNITY

FADA launched and hosts a network of young reporters, counting for more than 50 independent journalists in 2023, to foster mutual collaboration and strenghten partnerships with media organizations across Europe, Africa and Asia. Journalists involved share knowledge, resources, needs and project ideas. Members of our network accessed informal support and opportunities to improve their skills and collaborate with major organizations and media outlets.
